Official website of the Brazilian Embassy in Washington. If you are going to be visiting to Brazil, this site will get you started with visa and travel information. The topmost link on the left is called "profile of Brazil" and includes basic information about the country that you will find interesting including maps, the flag, the national anthem, and pictures.

If you are member of a short-term ministry team coming to Brazil, this site can give your Portuguese a jump-start. Also includes recipes and popular music.
